Program application brochures are available for employees who travel to, from or through Contra Costa County and would like to participate in one of the following commuter benefits programs: Carpool Incentive Program; Transit Incentive Program; and Vanpool Incentive Program. Employees who work in Contra Costa County, and use a commute alternative, are also entitled to participate in the Guaranteed Ride Home Program.
